Terms of Use

Last updated: June 26, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WorkTable, the voice-first to-do app, including our mobile app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

WorkTable helps you capture, organize, and complete tasks by voice or text, with reminders, subtasks, and syncing across your devices. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Your content

You own the tasks, notes, and other content you create ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you — including transcribing your voice to carry out your requests. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and we do not sell it.

Voice features

Voice mode requires microphone access and processes your speech in real time. Speech recognition and AI responses are not perfect and may occasionally misinterpret you; please review important actions. Your use of voice features is subject to this and our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, for voice, email, sign-in, hosting, and analytics). Your use of features that depend on them may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

Plans and payments

WorkTable may offer free and paid plans. If you purchase a paid plan, the price, billing period, and renewal terms will be shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements. You are responsible for keeping your own records of anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkTable will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WorkTable operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless your local law requires otherwise.
