Do you charge per seat?+
No. Every plan includes unlimited team members. We charge for the things that actually cost us money — storage and AI credits — not for adding your designer or your VA to the workspace.
What's an AI credit?+
One AI credit covers one chat message with the AI agent. Images attached to a chat cost one extra credit each. Generating a table schema with AI costs 10 credits. Automation runs cost 1 credit each (free on Team).
What happens if I run out of AI credits?+
On Free, you'll wait for your monthly refill (every 30 days). On Pro and Team, you can buy a top-up — coming soon — or wait for the next billing cycle. Either way, your tables, rows, and data are always accessible, even at zero credits.
What happens if I hit the storage cap?+
We block new file uploads with a clear error. Existing files stay intact and downloadable. You can either upgrade for more storage or delete what you don't need.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. One click in the Stripe billing portal. Your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period, then drops back to Free — your data is preserved either way.
Is there a free trial?+
